How the Oil Changes for Life Program Works
- Initial Vehicle Enrollment:
- Your vehicle must be 10 model years old or newer with under 100,000 miles at the time of purchase or initial program enrollment.
- Lifetime Ownership Benefit:
- Once enrolled, your coverage stays active for as long as you own the vehicle. Your coverage never expires just because your vehicle crosses 100,000 miles or passes the 10-year mark.
- Annual Service Allowance:
- Receive up to two (2) covered oil and filter changes every calendar year at Sam Wampler’s Freedom Ford in Eufaula.
What Every Covered Service Includes
Routine oil changes under the program follow strict manufacturer specifications to protect engine longevity:
- Motorcraft® Synthetic Blend Oil: Up to five (5) quarts of OEM Ford Motorcraft® synthetic blend motor oil per visit.
- Motorcraft® Oil Filter: OEM Ford Motorcraft® oil filter engineered to match your vehicle's factory specifications.
- Factory-Trained Technician Care: Precision installation and complete fluid level check by certified Ford technicians
(Note: Extra oil quarts, full synthetic upgrades, specialty filters, diesel engines, hazardous waste disposal fees, shop supply fees, and sales taxes are extra.)

Does coverage expire when my car hits 100,000 miles?
No. The 100,000-mile limit only applies at the exact time of vehicle enrollment. Ongoing mileage progression will never terminate active program coverage for the original registered owner.
Can I transfer this benefit if I sell my car?
No. The program is assigned strictly to the original registered owner and member number listed on the enrollment agreement. It is non-transferable upon resale.
What vehicles are excluded from this program?
Commercial-titled vehicles, fleet units, diesel engines and non-conforming specialty models are strictly ineligible.
